Welcome to September lovelies!
It’s absolutely bonkers how fast August went… I’m still catching myself up to the fact that’s officially the start of September and time for the Hogwarts House Battles Read-a-thon. If you’re unfamiliar with this, have a look at the twitter page hosted by @swizzlemonster1. Honestly, I’ve been anticipating this month for a while. This will be my first read-a-thon and the fact that it’s all in vain to cheer on a win for Ravenclaw made me unable to resist signing up. Hopefully I’ll enjoy the new experience!
Down below are a list of the classes and books that I’m hoping to read for them. I usually get through a book a day, so I’m feeling a bit adventurous this month by trying not to double up the categories. Fingers crossed it all works out!
Group Book: Ravenclaw House

Book Blurb Excerpt:
Annaleigh lives a sheltered life at Highmoor, a manor by the sea, with her sisters, their father, and stepmother. Once they were twelve, but loneliness fills the grand halls now that four of the girls’ lives have been cut short. Each death was more tragic than the last—the plague, a plummeting fall, a drowning, a slippery plunge—and there are whispers throughout the surrounding villages that the family is cursed by the gods…
